    Nutter Training Center

The WildcatTHE NUTTER TRAINING FACILTY is the heartbeat of Kentucky football.

Covering more than 48,000 square feet, the comprehensive facility features the team locker room, weight room, equipment room, training room, team and position meeting rooms, hot tub, sauna, player lounge, state-of-the-art video technology and coaches’ offices.

A showpiece when originally constructed, the building has been kept up-to-date in numerous ways. Recent improvements include:

  • New locker room
  • New team meeting room
  • New position meeting rooms
  • Beautiful new interior décor, highlighting Kentucky’s NFL players and bowl teams

The Nutter Training Facility also is home to the Tim Couch Practice Fields, named after the former No. 1 pick of the NFL Draft, who gave the founding donation for the UK practice area. There are two finely kept full-size grass fields along with a sports turf field, a drainage system and stadium-style lights.

The outdoor practice fields at the Nutter Training Center are named after former Kentucky and NFL quarterback Tim Couch (right).
