| Located on the ground floor of Barker Hall, the UK rifle range has 12 firing points on which Wildcats shoot both air rifle and smallbore. In 1995, the range underwent a $100,000 renovation, which included a new backstop, upgraded target system and increased storage area. The squad also transitioned into a new electronic scoring system during the 2006-07 season, which makes the sport much more spectator friendly. |
“The addition of electronic targets provides our shooters with a great training environment in which to prepare for international competition and the NCAA Championships.” — UK rifle head coach Harry Mullins
