| The 132,000-square foot, climate-controlled structure is the backbone of winter training and indoor track and field meets at UK. The field house, which was recently upgraded with FieldTurf as its artificial surface, hosts the football, baseball, softball and golf teams in inclement weather, serves as the primary practice facility for gymnastics, and its six-lane, 290-meter track is the home of annual track meets, including the 2009 SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships. |
